The L’Osteria di Casa Chianti in Certaldo is the very first restaurant we write about. Why? Because we had such a good time with the owner Massimiliano, that we thought it is about time to open a new section on our blog, exclusively reserved for short stories about special restaurants and bars as well as the passionate people behind them.
L’Osteria di Casa Chianti offers excellent food, tasty wine and a very extroverted and really funny owner. 🙂 Massimiliano has already worked for the Swiss master chef Anton Mosimann and combines his knowledge with honest Italian cuisine. You can tell and taste: He exercises his profession with passion and heart. We just say “T-Rex” – but other than a picture, we won’t reveal more. Whether you appreciate good meat or prefer vegetarian dishes, go try it yourself! Massimiliano and his team will ensure you experience a great time on top of outstanding food in the beautiful Chianti region.
